- All particulars in the registration form must be filled out clearly and all information stated must be accurate. Participants who provided inaccurate information will be disqualified.
- All primary level students in Singapore are eligible for this competition, regardless of his/her nationality.
- Participants have to seek the consent of their parents/guardian before their registration is considered valid.
- Family members of the staff of the organisers are not eligible to enter the competition.
- Successful registrants will be eligible to take part in the competition. Registration is on a first come first served basis due to the limited slots available thus the organisers encourages early registration. The closing date for registration is 11 July 2012.
- Full payment of $3 for LRD subscribers and $5 for general public of art competition registration fee has to be received by the organiser latest by 13 July 2012.
- All cheques should be made payable to Tipex Pte Ltd with the name and contact number of the participant stated at the back of the cheque. Cheques should be mailed to Tipex Pte Ltd, LRD-Beautex “Life’s Beautiful” Art Competition, 348 Jalan Boon Lay, Singapore 619529.
- Standard drawing paper for the competition will be issued by the organisers to the participant on the day of the competition. Participants are required to bring their own drawing instruments/materials/medium.
- Each participant may submit only 1 entry.
- Competition theme is “Life’s Beautiful”. Judging criteria will be based on creativity, originality, relevance to them and total presentation of the artwork.
- Participants are to keep competition venue clean and to adhere to the rules and regulations at all times during the competition.
- Participants agree to assign all copyright, trademark and intellectual property rights of all artworks produced for the competition to Tipex Pte Ltd. All artwork entries, whether selected or not selected for printing, will remain the property of Tipex Pte Ltd. Tipex Pte Ltd reserves the right to display or use the artwork entries for any purpose.
- Selection of artwork entries for printing on the special edition of the Beautex tissue box will be at the sole discretion of the organisers which reserves the right to choose any artwork entries of the competition for printing.

- The prizes of the competition for each category are as such:

- Non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and are non-transferable. Terms and conditions apply to all non-cash prizes.
- The organisers reserve the right to change any terms and conditions of the competition and substitute any non-cash prize with one of similar value without prior notice.
- Winners must claim their prizes before the expiry date and at the address stipulated in the notification, failing which the prizes will be forfeited.
- The organisers' decision on all matters is final and no correspondences will be entertained.
- The organisers' will use their best efforts to ensure that the competition is run smoothly. However, the organisers will not be responsible or be in any way liable for any personal injury and/or accidents and/or loss of property howsoever arising during and after the competition.
